Is the lead really only mine?
Yes. Every installer covering that suburb sees the lead at the same time. The first to take it gets the contact details, and the lead leaves the feed for everyone else.
What if the number is wrong or nobody answers?
Wrong or disconnected number: report it in the app within 48 hours and the credit comes back. Every mobile is verified by SMS before the lead exists, so this is rare. A homeowner who doesn't pick up the first time usually does on the second, try an SMS from the app.
How are leads matched to me?
By your base postcode and travel radius, the styles you install and the smallest job you want. We stay a little flexible: jobs up to 20% beyond your radius still show in your feed, marked as a bit outside your area, so you never miss one next door.
Does the homeowner know the price is an estimate?
Yes, clearly. They see a range for their style, size and suburb, with the note that the written quote follows a free measure. Our ranges are set from real Australian installer prices and sit on the realistic side, so your quote rarely comes as a shock.
